Acceptance and publisher identity
These Terms govern access to prabhatkiran.co.in, official Prabhat Kiran Android/iOS applications, ePaper editions, news articles, photographs, videos, graphics, advertisements, alerts and related services.
Prabhat Kiran is operated and published by DIVYA PRABHAT PUBLICATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
What we provide
News, ePaper and digital services
News and public-interest coverage
State, city, business, culture, sports and other editorial reporting.
Website and mobile app
News discovery, profiles, preferences, saved content and optional notifications.
ePaper access
Edition-wise newspaper pages for personal reading and reference.
Content and features may be added, updated, corrected, restricted, suspended, archived or discontinued as part of normal publishing and technical operations.

Content ownership and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, articles, headlines, images, videos, graphics, logos, software, databases, page design and ePaper material are owned by or licensed to DIVYA PRABHAT PUBLICATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
Readers may use the services for lawful personal, non-commercial reading and normal sharing through provided sharing controls. Without written permission, users must not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape at scale, mirror, frame, alter, create commercial derivatives from, or redistribute protected content.
Third-party trademarks and attributed material remain the property of their respective owners.
Responsible use
Prohibited conduct
- Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, introduce harmful code or disrupt service availability.
- Scrape, harvest or extract content or personal information at scale without authorization.
- Impersonate another person, submit unlawful or deceptive material, or misuse contact and advertising forms.

Reader identity
Accounts and authentication
Some features may require phone OTP, Google sign-in or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and authentication methods and for providing accurate account details. Never share passwords or OTP codes.
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or material breach of these Terms. Reader account deletion options are described on the Account Deletion page.
External services
Advertisements and third-party links
The services may display advertisements, sponsored content, embeds, market information or external links. Advertiser and third-party claims do not necessarily represent Prabhat Kiran's editorial views. External services are controlled by their respective owners, and users should review their terms and privacy practices.
Editorial review
Corrections, complaints and permissions
For a correction, clarification, takedown review or attribution concern, send the story URL, publication date, disputed detail and supporting information through our Contact Us page. Submission does not guarantee a particular editorial outcome.
Written publisher approval is required for syndication, commercial reproduction or other reuse beyond personal reading.

Subject to applicable law and any mandatory jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded, disputes arising from or relating to the services or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
